Functie

There are 4 positions with a rotation system & different degrees of responsibility:

• Information desk: contact with visitors, providing information, feedback forms, found objects.
• Locker and hangers: management of public lockers and hangers, escorting visitors, collecting items left behind at the end of the day
• Tablets: prepare and distribute tablets to visitors, give full explanations, update devices, recover tablets, clean and charge them
• Floor positions: making rounds around the fair to keep an ?eye on the fair and guide visitors, provide information and ensure good daily flow.

Company:

This permanent exhibition is located in Etterbeek (Brussels) and guides visitors through an overview of European history - Available in all 24 official languages of the European Union, free admission and customized resources will be available for schools, families and groups.

Jouw profiel

• Fluent in English and a good command and min. 2 others languages
• min. 18 years
• Our partner is open to starters, juniors and seniors
• Flexible: weekdays, weekends, holidays
• You can work at least 3 days a week + during weekends so you can take one of the shifts
• Punctual
• Polite, helpful, accurate, dynamic, polyvalent
• Stress resistant and able to deal with conflict situations
• Customer oriented - Visitor comes first.
• Must love interacting with diverse visitors: various nationalities,  groups, backgrounds, visitors with disabilities,...

• Opvolg- en activiteitengegevens registreren
  De informatie doorgeven aan de betrokken dienst
• Informatie over het lokale toeristische aanbod verzamelen
  Nieuwigheden voorstellen
• Personen adviseren over de dienstverlening, over lokale producten, souvenirs, …
• Diensten verkopen (verblijven, uitstapjes, ...)
  Betalingen innen
